Recently I had a client ask me how to cleanly display a pop up that showed additional text on the same page using Javascript. Looking around through WordPress.org’s site I found this great little widget that does the job very well! Check it out.
Popupper
Popupper is perfect for text and other types of media. All you have to do is write some text you want to have pop ups over, highlight it and choose the Yellow Icon in the WordPress widget WYSIWYG. I’ve created a video showing how this works here:
